"Arts-in-Residence Taipei" Program is like a garden that qualifies for a great environment that grows unlimited exuberant energy. Yet, it also needs people’s enthusiasms and help to foster it; therefore we established our long term volunteering program. We treat Taipei Artist Village as the center of the circle and the passion for art as the radius to become a more international organization; moreover, we hope to recruit every Taipei Citizens and art amateur to come to Taipei, Grass Mountain, and Treasure Hill Art Village to celebrate and work with art together.
